POST/moderation/check
Needs a signed-in user (Bearer token or access_token cookie).
Test and utility endpoint: run text or images through the moderation chain and see the verdict ({ decision, flagged, provider, categories, score }). It spends the org's paid provider quota, so it requires a signed-in user and is tightly throttled; provider diagnostics are never returned. The real moderation runs INTERNALLY during content creation, not via this endpoint.
