Getting started covers keys and the first call. Requests, errors and limits explains every error code and what to do about it. The API reference lists every route.

Is the API up?

The status page checks the API from your browser when you open it. You can also call GET /v1/health yourself.

Keys, channels and billing

These are managed in the Intersink console. If a key is refused, check there that the API is on for the channel, that the key is active and that it has the scope the route needs.

Email support@svayam.uk. To help us answer quickly, include:

• the route and method you called;
• the requestId from the error, and the time;
• what you expected and what came back.

Never send a server key, a webhook secret, a sign-in code or a token. If one has been exposed, rotate it in the console first.
